Eni Progetti is currently helping to lead Eni in the energy transition from traditional business areas with decarbonized solutions such as CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage) to innovative projects such as renewables, hydrogen, etc. The office is a landmark feature on Basing View in central Basingstoke, with ample free parking and only a five-minute walk from the mainline railway station. As a member of the engineering team at EniProgetti UK Branch you will be responsible for :
  • Maintaining full familiarity with company policies, directives and procedures and suggest improvements to project planning methods, procedures, and practices to Department Chief.
  • Creating project specific planning procedures where necessary and ensure procedures are followed by all members of the planning team.
  • Assisting in preparation of proposals and make presentations to clients as directed by the Department Chief.
  • Maintaining full familiarity with all relevant software applications associated with planning (including relevant parts of the EDMS and SAP if required).
  • Providing supervision, advice, and guidance to other planning engineers on matters of a planning nature as appropriate to assigned position.
  • Ensuring that the project planning network is set-up in such a way that it can exchange information with the Electronic Document Management System and SAP if required.
  • Maintaining familiarity of allocated manhours for planning activities and number of manhours used to date. Advise Department Chief of future manpower requirements making every effort to stay within budget.
