We are looking for someone warm and friendly, who is passionate about providing exceptional levels of customer service at all times to our patients and the team of doctors and aesthetic practitioners.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Meet and greet patients for consultations/treatments ensuring they are dealt with in a first class, professional manner
- Must be bright, astute, motivated and logical thinker
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High standard of written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to have initiative in decision making and proactive in getting tasks completed and problems solved
- Excellent diary management
- Ensuring all enquiries are adequately screened to ensure patient safety and quality of consultation
- Providing all enquiries with accurate information regarding their proposed procedure
- Responsible for taking payments for treatments and products, ensuring company policies and procedures and security standards are complied with
- Update the credit card log following all credit card purchases
- Responsible for the coordination of patient files
- Responsible to ensure patient complaints are reported to a Manager
- Cashing up and banking
- Opening and closing the clinic and ensuring the clinic is ready for trading
- Liaising with all the team
- Safeguard the company's cash and banking, ensuring money is banked in compliance with company policy and staff welfare is protected
- Product and stock control
- Responsible for the clinics Petty Cash
- Printing, scanning and filing patient notes
- Filing patient pictures
- Other admin duties
Job requirements
The most important aspect of your role is delivering excellent customer service, and as such we are interested in hearing from applicants with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in 5 Star Client Relations in the hotel / beauty counter / spa / dental / medical / leisure sector
- Have impeccable presence and be naturally bubbly
- Efficient, organised, capable to multitask
- Have the ability to listen and respond to demanding client needs
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of client service
- Flexible Team player with a positive, "Yes I can" attitude
- Team work is essential, as is reliability and flexibility for shifts.
- You will work closely with our 2 clinics and your great communication skills will help ensure that our patients have a fantastic experience.
You will work at both of our locations - Goring on Thames and Reading, in a rota with the other members of staff.
You will have to be willing and able to work Saturdays in a rota.
