Joining a small team, key responsibilities will include:

Support with the development and implementation of all people plansLead on complex ER case managementSupport senior leaders with individual and team performance improvementLead/Support on the development and embedding of people policiesManage a variety of HR projects including a programme/structure for knowledge managementWhat you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need:HR Business Partnering experience within a non-profit organisation or the broader public sectorExperience managing complex ER casesExcellent senior stakeholder managementProven experience leading HR projects and developing HR policies What you'll get in return
You will be able to work on a hybrid basis with only 3 days per week in their offices in central London.
