Role Summary/Purpose of Job

Administration Assistant will work within a small team providing admin support to the business. The role will be varied and activites may change from week to week.

The role will include (but is not limited to) the following:

  • Electronic filing of client paperwork
  • Data entry onto client database
  • Client onboarding including online ID checks
  • Answering the phone
  • Managing incoming post
  • Uploading posts on social media platforms
  • Updating website content
  • Assist with the promotion of the business in the local area
Key requirements

  • Customer service experience, either client facing or on the phone
  • High level of PC/database skills, including MS Office
  • English and Maths GCSE grade C or above
  • Willingness to learn
This is a part-time position 2 mornings a week for 3.5hours, total weekly hours 7. Potential for overtime if required by the business.

Wallis Payroll was started in September 2014 and aims to be the premier payroll provider in the area.


We provide payroll processing services to local and national businesses ensuring that their employees are paid in accordance with statutory requirements, accurately and on time every time.

We also provide payroll consultancy services to businesses throughout the UK.
