Overview:

We offer support to leave the streets and engage with health and social care services.

We run an assertive outreach service and a building based, multi-agency drop in, where a large variety of health and social care services are available for homeless people.


Responsibilities:


Part Time work may include shifts on the street with other outreach workers and/or hotspot shifts with partners from the police and council workers as well as, mental health, physical health and substance misuse services.

Hours and days worked can vary shifts will be 6 hours, over a 6 day rota, Timetables can be negotiated once a post has been offered.
