Hot Tub Supervisor

Permanent contract, 40 Hours per week

£11.50 per hour

What we need in a nutshell

We are looking for someone who is a strong leader and can champion our brand and our unique workplace culture.

Some of our fabulous holiday homes come complete with luxury hot tubs. We want you to help our team keep those hot tubs in tip top condition for our guests.

Who are we?

We need you to be our friendly hot tub team leader, who delivers delight by making sure that our guests' hot tubs are working, ready, and waiting whenever they feel like taking a dip.

The nitty gritty of what you'll be doing

Working as part of our team of holiday heroes, you will be aiding the hot tub manager to coordinate a team of hero's helping to look after all our hot tubs on site.

You'll help make sure that our hot tubs comply with the required policies, ensure that the water levels are correct and safe and that the team are working effectively and efficiently.

You will also need to take the lead when the hot manager is not on site.

And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. As long as you're happy to help even when it's 'not your job,' you're our sort of person.

One more thing holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on weekends and bank holidays too.

Skills, experience and qualities you'll need

We'll provide training, but you must:

• Have an awareness of what clean and in working order means
• which includes attention to detail and getting a genuine thrill from a job well-done
• Have some experience of managing a team of people, from creating rota's to meeting targets.
• Experience of working within a team and developing a productive team environment.
• Have a friendly and helpful attitude delightful when you meet guests and good at communicating within your team.
• Have a talent for practical jobs and for troubleshooting when problems arise
• Be open to learning experience isn't as important as eagerness to learn
• Be willing to turn your hand to anything guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs and ready to help

Nice to have but not essential

It would be great if you tick some of these boxes too (but we won't hold it against you if you don't).

• Experience of hot tub operation and servicing.
• Experience of Pool Plant Operation
• Water chemistry experience in relation to Chorine levels in a hot tub/swimming pool.
• Experience in the hospitality sector
