Motor Vehicle Lecturer

REED Further Education are working with a college in Shrewsbury who are looking for a Motor Vehicle lecturer to teach a range of units from Level 1 to 3 and contribute to students' tutoring and preparation for placements.

The role would most likely be working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm, however this is to be confirmed. Initially the person would be required until mid February, but may be past that date.

Job Title:
Motor Vehicle Lecturer

Duration:
Mid February - potentially longer

Salary:
£27 - £30 per hour including holiday pay

Location:
Shrewsbury

Position:
Temporary, Mon-Fri hours TBC

  • A relevant teaching qualification e.g PGCE, Cert Ed, etc.
  • Experience of delivering level 1 to 3 in motor vehicle.
  • Ability to develop learning resources.
  • Effective curriculum and lesson planning which meets individual needs is essential.
  • Engaging and motivating both individuals and learner groups.
  • Experience working with post16 students.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service.
