Weekend Cafe Assistant

Ardens kitchen are looking for a part-time cafe assistant to work between the hours of 10;00 and 14:00 Saturday and Sunday.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, loves meeting new people and has friendly attitude.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with food and beverage orders, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and cleaning
  • Maintain a clean and orderly cafe environment
  • Assisting customers with questions or concerns
  • Assisting with inventory and food ordering as needed
  • Helping maintain a positive work environment by keeping cafe supplies in order
  • Maintain positive communication with management on customer concerns or questions
  • Maintain knowledge of all new products in store and on the internet
  • Assist with general cleaning duties as needed (e.g. vacuuming, mopping, etc.)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be friendly and enthusiastic about working in a busy cafe environment
  • Must have excellent customer service skills (this includes excellent customer service skills)
  • Must have an interest in coffee culture, food, and lifestyle trends (e.g. art, design, fashion, etc.)and be able to share them with customers as they try out new products
  • Must have previous cafe experiance

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
£11.00-£12.20 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
