Responsibilities:

  • Operate the weighbridge system to accurately record the weight of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Greet and interact with drivers, ensuring a professional and courteous service
  • Verify and document essential information, including the driver's details, vehicle registration, and load information
  • Calculate and record weights accurately, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards
  • Maintain and update records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuing data integrity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth weighbridge operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar admin role
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail to ensure accurate recording and calculations
  • Effective communication skills to interact with drivers and team members professionally

Hours:

  • 08:30 17:30 Monday to Friday

Pay:
- £11.12PH paid weekly (every Friday)
