Job Description:

We are currently looking for Refuse Drivers for our team at the DWP Dorchester Depot. As a Refuse Driver, you will be responsible for driving a refuse truck in residential areas, navigating through narrow streets, and being part of a team that includes 1 to 3 refuse loaders. While driving will be the main focus of the role, you should also be willing to assist with refuse and recycling tasks.

• You should have:
• 7.5T Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• CPC Card
• Digi-Tacho Card

Requirements from you:

• CV
• Driving Cards
• Passport OR Birth Certificate with National Insurance Proof

If you hold a 7.5t licence with CPC & Digi Tacho, are comfortable driving in residential areas, and consider yourself a team player, we want to hear from you

Additional Details:

Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday, 06.00 am to 14.00 pm

Duration: Temporary on-going contract offering up to 37 hours per week

Compensation: £12.18 per hour with weekly pay

Induction Date: 13th June 2024 with an immediate start
