Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be a supporting an expanding Financial Services business, based in Fareham, who are seeking to recruit a Treasury Manager.
The main purpose of this position is to assist with the set-up of a newly created Treasury team.Key Responsibilities of the Treasury Manager include:
- Be part of the team that will scope, implement and manage new Foreign Exchange trading and risk management service
- Assist with the development of the cash management function to support the growing needs of the business
- Lead on internal communications to promote new Treasury function
- Keep up to date on external factors impacting the Treasury marketplace including new systems, banks and thirdparty providers, changing appetites to product/service offerings and regulatory developments
- Helping to manage the strategic banking relationships across our jurisdictions identifying opportunities for optimising yield and margin reduction
- Assist with the review of the suite of systems and services
- Proven experience in a Treasury role in a similar industry with a relevant professional qualification
- Excellent relationship builder.
- Understanding of technical treasury solutions that are available in the marketplace for service providers and how these can drive exceptional client service, excellent user experience and deliver operational efficiencies
