Vision for Education are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work in a Primary School in East Cambridge, working one to one with a child with some additional needs.


About the role:


One of our partner schools is looking to recruit a full time Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a child with some additional learning needs.

It will be a mix of working with the child in class and some time out of the classroom.

The role is temporary-to-permanent, after a successful period there may be the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff.


About the school:

The school is a lovely city school on the east side of Cambridge.

The school has a long-standing staff team and there is a very supportive and collaborative approach to everything they do.


Requirements:

To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will:

  • Experience of working with primary school aged children
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Level of experience and qualifications
