Biblos Wapping Wharf are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our kitchen team.

Our shift pattern is 1- 3, 5-10:30 Mon to Thu & Fri to Sun


With shifts set on a monthly rota basis usually a month in advance, we try hard to make sure all our staff work an equal number of weekends.


The main job focus is managing the orders as they come in, cooking off fresh wrap fillings and assembling our wraps, salad bowls and sides for both our in house guests and delivery orders.

Other duties are consistent with any other kitchen, cleaning, prepping, ordering, stock rotation etc.

Will be able to work independently, to a high standard.

Work clean and be able to multitask.

Key tasks include:
Order management, fryer control, salad and vegetable preparation & being able to produce identical wrap sandwiches consistently.
