  • Basic salary from £25k £30k depending on experience _
    (possibly higher if you have the capability to set up a professional services recruitment team)_
  • Excellent and generous commission structure which increases the more revenue you generate (Realistic Yr 1 OTE of £32k £40k more for an experienced recruiter)
  • Individual bonuses depending on performance
  • Generous annual leave starting at 25 days (excluding bank holidays) increasing to 27 days after 2 years of service
