Job Overview:

Self-Employed Driving Instructors


We are looking for talented and experienced Approved Driving Instructors (ADI) to join our expanding driving team in Redditch & Surrounding areas.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct driving lessons for individuals with varying skill levels.
  • Educate learners on defensive driving techniques.
  • Advocate and reinforce safe driving practices.
  • Evaluate learner progress and develop tailored support strategies.
  • Customize lesson plans and adjust teaching approaches.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and reflective insights.
  • Uphold the brand's vision, mission, and standards of professionalism.

Experience:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Accreditation as an ADI driving instructor with demonstrated experience.
  • Profound comprehension of traffic laws and uptodate regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to remain patient and composed in difficult circumstances.
  • Desirable possession of an updated CPD portfolio.

Qualifications:

Qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI)

ORDIT registered (Desirable)

Pass Plus registered (Desirable)
