REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Reporting to the Credit Services Team Leader, the Credit Controller is responsible for managing the credit risk on a defined debtor list.
This involves the collection of overdue accounts, timely & effective follow up of short payments, credit limit assessment & setting plus effective query management.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience within a credit control environment
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to deal with a high level of workload
- Able to work well in team environment
PC literate
- Windows 7 & MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
