Register client details and understanding the customers why. Agree contact strategy Book and conduct multiple property viewings whilst overcoming objections Working with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards Negotiate offers between applicants (buyers) and vendors (sellers) Working with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards Engage and be active within your local community to establish your reputation and become the "go to" Sales Negotiator in Luton Canvassing the local area Targeted leaflet dropping Contact home owners Calling our previous client database Advertise properties through all available channels Social Media posts Leaflets Photography Window displaysWhat you need to bring to the table

This will be a full day event between 10:00 and 17:00 and we would require to be able to attend for the duration.
