What You'll Do:
Conduct one-on-one sessions to assess individuals' skills, interests, and career aspirations. Offer personalised advice and guidance on career exploration, education, training, and employment opportunities. Provide support in CV writing, interview preparation, job search strategies, and networking techniques. Stay updated on current labour market trends, industry demands, and educational pathways to offer relevant insights. Collaborate with schools, colleges, community organizations, and employers to enhance career development initiatives. Attend events to promote the opportunities available at
Hull Training & Adult Education.
