An amazing opportunity to join a brilliant CRM Agency in Bristol as an
Account Executive working on blue schip b2c clients, to support the day-to-day relationship with clients and supports the delivery of creative and media work efficiently and on-budget.


Account Executive Responsibilities

  • As an
    Account Executive,you will be expected to maintain excellent client agency relationships with regular meetings and contact (planned and adhoc).
  • Take part in project and status meetings demonstrating good verbal communication skills and securing clients' understanding and confidence
  • Have good written communication skills and be able to create timing plans, status reports and written client communications with mínimal input from senior team members
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with agency colleagues at all levels: collaborating, providing input and support for team members in other disciplines to help meet project goals and deliverables
  • Support the preparation of project scopes and budgets with really detailed information
  • Understand and monitor resource deployment against client projects, identifying and escalating time commitment risks
  • Support colleagues to identify business growth opportunities for additional sales and engaging client stakeholders with the rationale for additional projects
  • Have a full understanding of the client's strategic goals by representing them internally at all times
  • Prepare timing plans to the highest standard
  • Support in the production of briefs with accurate information as required from clients, research, etc. for input in to briefs
  • Provide task management and resource allocation for projects with consistent delivery of client projects under your responsibility on time and on budget
  • Problem solve during all projects and ensure the highest quality assurance standards in your own work and hub

Requirements:

  • Have a good knowledge of your client's business and their market sector
  • As an
    Account Executive have a basic understanding of CRM and datadriven marketing best practices, and be prepared to learn more
  • Emerging ability to use MS Office Suite (including Google equivalents), and ideally Harvest and Forecast
  • Seek to be ambitious in all aspects of your role; recognising, communicating and acting on opportunities to benefit the team our clients and our partners
  • Willing to give, receive and act on constructive feedback
  • Well organised & thorough attention to detail
  • Have consistent dedication to producing work to be proud of
