Head of Ltc

The post holder will have senior responsibility for the strategic and operational development and delivery of the ICB strategies for Long Term Conditions (LTC) and Prevention, working in partnership with the senior members of the ICB and ICB lead clinicians for commissioning to ensure successful delivery.
