Role Overview:


As an Earwax Removal HCA, you will play a crucial role in assisting our audiologists and clinicians in delivering high-quality earwax removal services to our clients.

You will work closely with individuals experiencing ear-related issues, providing them with compassionate care and support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting preliminary assessments of clients' ear health and conditions.
  • Assisting audiologists and clinicians during earwax removal procedures.
  • Providing guidance and support to clients before, during, and after treatment.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client appointments, procedures, and outcomes.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within audiology or ENT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in healthcare assistance or a related field would be advantageous.
