We are offering a part time, Outreach Freedom to Speak Up Guardian post based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital. We are looking for someone to work 18 hours with a pattern of 6 hours over three days.

This is an exciting substantive opportunity to become an OFTSUG and join our BHT Freedom to Speak Up Service. You will be trained and registered as a FTSUG if you are not one already.

We continue to build a positive Speaking Up culture supporting staff to speak up without fear of detriment or blame, offering increased accessibility through our outreach, local presence and increased capacity across the Trust, Staff raising concerns, help to minimise risk, prevent errors, improve patient safety and staff experience; and aid improvement through learning.

You will be required to uphold strict standards of confidentiality and have high level listening skills to support staff to raise concerns safely.
