Where does the role fit in?
As a Home Ownership Officer, you'll be an essential part of our team, focusing on providing exemplary customer service and financial management for shared equity homeowners within our portfolio.
You'll liaise with various stakeholders, manage rent accounts, and oversee the financial aspects of homeownership, contributing to the overall success and sustainability of our housing initiatives.

What are the pay and benefits?
- Salary £31,405 for a 37 hour, full time, permanent position
- Flexible working policies Our offices are Newport & Swansea where our team meetings take place. Time can be spent at home and in the office to complete any relevant admin tasks. Your base will be either Newport or Swansea, dependant on which is closest to your home location.
- For this role you will require a basic DBS which we pay for
- 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays, rising to 30 days with length of service
