Job Purpose

The Senior Account Executive role at Innovative Trials covers three disciplines within the team: clinical services, fulfilment, and translations.

Regardless of the discipline, the account executive role is a customer oriented professional with a strong results-driven approach.

The overarching goal of the account executive role is to manage and curate relationships and opportunities with existing clients and build them into long-term profitable ones.

Key Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Director, Agency Operations and Client Engagement and the relevant discipline manager, the account executive role will manage the relationships between the clients, vendors, and Innovative Trials to ensure the smooth running of the assigned accounts/projects.

The account executive will support Patient Recruitment & Retention programmes for defined projects, including support development of study materials from study start up to translations set up and file maintenance and tracker completion
Training and supporting new staff
Where required, the account executives will support across the other disciplines during leave or busy periods
Detailed responsibilities

Client and vendor management:
Under the guidance of the relevant Account Manager, the account executive will be responsible for preparing the client and/or vendor meeting agendas, as well as taking, filing and distributing as appropriate the minutes
Identifying and escalating performance issues with clients and/or vendors

Project Management:
Be responsible for preparing reports in the defined time frame
Ensure timely and accurate tracker completion
Ensuring full file maintenance and tracker completion
Profitability Management
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies within the unit and across the company
Problem solving
Input into creation of copy, artwork, websites, digital campaigns, retention item selection

Fulfilment:
Client and Vendor Management

Production/filing of print vendor agendas and minutes
Manage the printing and shipping process as per print/ship requests received
Input into retention item selection and management
Input into closeout process/reporting toward the archiving of studies at closure

Liaise with third party print vendors and Importer of Records to ensure timely print/fulfilment to site and ensure compliance with local customs requirements.

Project Management
~ Lead the print and ship process including but not limited to: Fulfilling print and ship requests Review of print proofs/ Hi Res files to ensure accuracy prior to triggering full print run. Supporting the preparation of proformas where required Following up on the receipt of shipments
