WE ARE A BUSY HIGH STREET FIRM OF SOLICITORS WITH 2 BRANCH OFFICES AND YOU WILL BE BASED AT THE SALE BRANCH.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE ANSWERING TELEPHONE CALLS AND TAKING MESSAGES,ORDERING STATIONERY AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT, OPENING, SCANNING AND SAVING INCOMING POST, SENDING ALL OUTGOING POST, OPENING AND CLOSING NEW AND OLD FILES, AND ASSISTING THE CONVEYANCING DEPT.

WITH SENDING OUT INITIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO CLIENTS.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

ALL INTERVIEWS WILL BE CONDUCTED REMOTELY

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (required)
