We are working with an independent day nursery who are currently looking for a Nursery Nurse Practitioner for their nursery setting in New Malden, South West London.The successful candidate will ideally hold a level 2/3, CACHE, EYE or recognised equivalent childcare qualification, you will also ideally have a minimum of 6 months nursery setting experience, being able to demonstrate a clear understanding of both the EYFS framework and key worker practices.Your role will include:Supporting and extending childrens learning, development and educational outcomesOrganising and overseeing the planning, implementation and provision of activitiesCarrying out observations and evaluationsPlanning and providing next steps to support childrens developmentYou will ideally have:A level 2 or level 3 Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioners qualification or for unqualified Nursery Assistants a minimum of 12 months Early Years nursery setting experienceAn understanding of the EYFS and key worker systemsAn understanding of health and safety requirementsExcellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skillsWhat you can expect:Flexible full time or part time hoursGuidance and support to develop in your childcare careerA starting salary of £12.50 - £15.00, negotiable depending on levelBenefits package including quarterly bonusFree DBS and renewal29 days holiday, increasing with service
