We are transforming our Appeals service to create an improved user experience and enable the right outcomes for our customers.Another role sits within the GOV.UK and Signposting team, responsible for ensuring people can understand and easily find the support they need.Another role sits in Retirement Services, responsible for transforming digital service that ensure people over state pension age can plan for and secure all the support they need.The final role is in our Customer Communication and Media Services Team, responsible for documentation received by our customers, whereby, as a Product Manager, you'll shape the vision strategy and roadmap for our CCAMS products.With a data and insights-led approach, you will drive the improvement of our products and services. You will shape the product strategy, own the product roadmap and have the ability to gain buy in from senior stakeholders regarding your choice of techniques. You will use evidence to inform key decisions on such.Being part of our Product Community of Practise means working collaboratively and sharing your skills and knowledge, and access to whatever learning you need to be at your best.What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
