ABOUT THEROLE
As Care Home Deputy Manager &Clinical Lead of a Barchester care home, you'll support thedelivery of the quality care we're known for. Working closely withthe General Manager and taking on leadership duties in theirabsence, you can expect to help with everything from ensuring carestandards to motivating your team. You'll inspire amultidisciplinary team to make sure they help every resident toenjoy the best possible quality of life. That means leading byexample and monitoring standards through regular audits, supervisedclinical practice and checking our regulatory compliance. You'llset the highest standards and draw on your skills to develop anddeliver strategies that will help you achieve your goals.

ABOUTYOU
To join us as a Care Home DeputyManager & Clinical Lead, you'll need be a Registered Nurse(RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and ateaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. Experience in helpingresidents with different health needs is important too, as is asuccessful track record of managing safeguarding investigations andclinical risk assessments. We'll also look for some HR experience,a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, an understanding ofbudget management, and a track record of supporting newly qualifiednurses through preceptorship. Finally, you'll be compassionate,resilient and determined to deliver quality care in our engagingand energetic environment.
