Park Plaza Park Royal Hotel, (628 Western Ave, London W3 0TA) comprises of 212 guest rooms, 4 meeting rooms, guest parking and The Westway Kitchen and Bar. We set the tone for an enhanced business trip, family getaway or couples retreat in West London.

We are looking for our Chief Engineer who will:

  • Be responsible for the overall engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel
  • Ensure that all training needs for team members are identified, processed promptly, and undertaken at an appropriate time
  • Carry out routine spot checks of equipment
  • Ensure that the engineering provision is delivered and meets the departmental objectives
  • Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests received
  • Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
  • Have experience leading a large maintenance team
  • Be hands-on and strong with stakeholder management
  • Share our values: Confidence, Understanding, Playful, Curious, Elegant, Easy
  • Have previous experience as Chief Engineer or Maintenance Manager in a similar sized hotel
