Your role

We are searching for a Breakfast Chef to create a magical experiences for our guests in this unique environment. The successful candidate will be delivering a varied and high-quality breakfast menu to discerning guests. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Oversee our breakfast buffet and our hot item food menu
  • Prepare and deliver the breakfast menu to the standard set by our head chef
  • Once breakfast service is finished, prepare for the following day as well as support the delivery of the Botanical rooms light bite lunch menu
  • Fridge management
  • Ordering and stock rotation
  • Health and safety checks opening the kitchen

Previous experience in high-end food preparation and a passion for seasonal produce is a must.
