About the Role:

An exciting opportunity for a talented and forward-thinking mid-weight designer to join a creative services studio, exclusively servicing the marketing and events departments for a global private bank that caters for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families across 3 International regions. 

We are looking for a designer with previous financial services and/or luxury brand experience. Dedicated to providing sophisticated ideas and design solutions that capture the attention across a wide variety of online and offline, static and animated marketing and communications channels. Working to high standards in a timely manner while maintaining brand and design continuity across all assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret detailed, in-depth briefs to develop high quality design and artwork assets to promote marketing campaigns, communications and events, with a focus on social media
  • Develop and animate short form video content and social media posts
  • Adapt assets to consistently suit different sizes and formats
  • Ensure that all design and artwork files are prepared with meticulous attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Ensure that deadlines are met with clear communication and that all work is on-brand and on-brief
  • Work closely with the lead designer, in-house copywriters and directly with clients
  • Work with the team to brainstorm and share ideas
  • Continuous development and honing of the technical abilities relevant to the role

Essential Skills & Knowledge

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite publishing software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Acrobat)
  • Good understanding of Figma
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work within brand guidelines in a global corporate environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-organised and able to prioritise between multiple tasks
  • Ability to work both independently as well as within a team
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, with minimal supervision
