Job Description: Warehouse & Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse and logistics supplier management, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate warehouse performance using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure alignment between inventory records and actual stock levels.
  • Develop and implement warehousing and transportation solutions to optimize logistics operations.
  • Conduct regular cost analysis and supplier negotiations to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Develop, analyze, and manage budget reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Manage logistics operations while overseeing warehouse processes to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and legal requirements related to logistics and shipping.
  • Monitor quality control measures and optimize warehouse capacity to improve operational effectiveness.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or with a work experience in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in project management and the ability to deploy standardized supply chain solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop and interpret budget reports.
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a focus on process improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
