Weare currently looking for Transport Administrator to jointhe team on a permanent basis at our Bodmin Depot. The mainfocus of the role is to provide support to the drivers oncethey have completed their drops.
As part of yourduties, you will fully brief and de-brief drivers, regardingdelivery performance. You’ll be preparing paperwork, filing,answering incoming and outgoing phone calls and respondingappropriately in a professional manner. You’ll need to becomputer literate to input driver adjustment queries andcomfortable using our Systems.
To join us in thisrole you will be an experienced administrator with previousknowledge or experience of fleet or transport would beadvantageous. This is a busy role which requires you to work toclear timelines so you will be able to prioritise effectively tomanage your daily workload. You will have great communicationskills, be tenacious and resilient and above all have a desire todeliver results. You will work a 37.5 hour week Monday – Friday10:00 – 18:00 with a 30 minute lunch break. Overtime is alsoavailable.
This role is extremely varied andvital to the entire warehouse and transport operation. Youwill be part of a small team of front desk workers supporting withadministration tasks across this 24-hour operation, so teamwork isessential in liaising effectively with colleagues on othershifts.
