You’ll be a commercial leader ofyour very own Pizzeria. Entrepreneurial and able to spot everychance to drive sales in your restaurant whilst making strong linkswith your local community. This is a commercial role with tons ofopportunity to make it your own. Lead a multichannel business,inspire and motivate your team & deliver KPIs through yourpeople. 

 

 

What you’ll do: 

• Drivethe financial success of your Pizzeria through strategic andcommercial initiatives  

• Uphold an unwaveringcommitment to exceptional quality and safetystandards 

• Build and lead a winning team througheffective recruitment, training, and management 

• Exceedcustomer expectations by delivering unparalleled service thatleaves a lasting impression 

• Take charge of theday-to-day operations of your Pizzeria, showcasing your leadershipskills in every aspect  

 

Who you are: 

•Previous management experience in a customer facingsector, ideally hospitality  

• Anatural leader, able to create and motivate a high performingteam  

• Exceptional P&L managementskills 

• Creative, autonomous &responsible
