We arelooking for a Senior Radiographer to join our team at the YorkshireClinic.

Thispost is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, a goodteam player who desires to ensure the delivery of a high qualityimaging service and has a good awareness and prioritises patientsafety.

As aRadiographer in our busy Diagnostic Department, you will be part ofa close knit innovative team.  The successful applicant willhave an enthusiastic outlook to ensure the delivery of a highquality diagnostic imagingservice.  

TheYorkshire Clinic supported by Ramsay Diagnostics provides anexcellent training package for those who want to enhance theirskills. At The Yorkshire Clinic, we offer a wide range ofdiagnostics; we have a static MRI, CT and an angio cath. There isopportunity for radiographers to progress in there carer indeveloping skills and knowledge in a wide range of modalities. What youwill have

• BSc Diagnosticradiographer
• Health and Care ProfessionsCouncil Registration
• For the Band 6 SeniorRadiographer role we are looking for a minimum of 2-3 years’experience in an acute hospitalsetting

Duties&Responsibilities:

• Demonstrateexcellent clinical practice at all times and to be accountable forown action
• Prioritise workloadseffectively.
• Undertake a wide range of imagingexaminations as per the department's technique protocolscontributing towards the key service objectives of the ImagingDepartment.
• You will undertake a variety ofexaminations including general radiography, fluoroscopy, theatreand US
• Make efficient use of availableresources with regard to businessobjectives
• Assess, plan and evaluate care,based on individual patient needs
• Work within aMDT to maximise effectiveness of service delivery, the teamincludes; Consultants, Allied Health Professionals, RMO, Nurses,Healthcare assistants, and AdministrationStaff.
• Respect and ensurepatient privacy and confidentiality
• Proficientcomputing skills
• Excellent organisational andcommunication skills (RISPACs)
