Our client requires an experienced Sample room/Atelier coordinator to ensure that all Bespoke dresses, and couture are produced in-line with the VIP clients request .

You will have experience of coordinating an atelier and producing beautiful garments in line with set timelines.


Responsibilities include:


  • Setting Bespoke construction meeting
  • Setting construction timelines
  • Liasing with the VIP client
  • Suggesting improvements to processes and procedures for fit.
  • Raising orders for fabrics and trims
  • Ensuring atelier has correct fitter notes.
  • Oversee & assemble tech packs for all Private Clients orders.
  • Source & order all necessary components for production (trims, binding, fusing etc)
  • Provide pattern makers and pattern cutters with a clear technical directive for each project.
  • Oversee technical decisions on in house production for Private Clients.
  • Oversee your team of staff and manage work expectations.
  • Strong garment construction experience
  • Sourcing new fabrics for special bespoke projects.
