Are you an R&D Tax professional, looking for an opportunity to really take control of your own career, and run a service line?

This Top 50 firm are looking for an R&D Tax expert to join them, likely at Senior Manager grade, reporting to the Tax Director. You will be the most senior R&D Tax specialist, and so you will be trusted to run the R&D Tax service line, of course with the support and backing of the Tax Director and Partner.

As this would be a hire of such importance to the firm - they will be making sure to hire a technical expert as well as someone with the ability to grow the service line both in terms of fee lines, but also people management and leadership.



Responsibilities:
As an R&D Tax Senior Manager, you will…

  • Be responsible for the running of the R&D Tax Service line with the support of the Director and Partner
  • Work with Audit, Accounts, and Corporate Tax teams to identify potential areas for service line growth
  • Provide R&D Tax advice that is specific to your clients and their own needs
  • Working with HMRC to ensure satisfactory outcomes for your clients
  • Deliver internal and external sessions to upskill around R&D Tax Credits


Requirements:
As an R&D Tax Senior Manager. you will need…

  • Prior experience within the R&D Tax space with clear technical expertise
  • Ability to utilise internal information to make strategic decisions for the growth of the service line
  • Ability to the team through recruitment, and support and develop those hires to progress
