We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our team to join our talented team in Bristol.

This is a Monday - Friday position with no evenings - a great work/life balance

Location: MBDA, 3 Golf Course Ln, Bristol BS34 7QS

A DBS check is required for the successful candidate.

A day in the life of a CDP

  • To maintain food hygiene, service and presentation to standard
  • Working on either breakfast or dinner service.
  • Deliver first class food throughout service.
  • Perform food preparation and made to order services to recipe specified criteria.
  • Take delivery and restock goods and ensure appropriate displays merchandised correctly.
  • Carry out stock rotation and assist with stock checks as required.
  • Clean back of house and front of house service areas to support delivery of services.
  • Preparation of any other public facing areas as required including set up for hospitality events.

Experience

  • Relevant culinary experience operating at a CDP level.
  • A passion for food and service.
  • Flexible approach to hours and duties.
  • IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders.
  • Must have Right to Work and be able to pass security checks.
