As a Care Home Clinical Leadat Barchester, youll use your compassion and experience to helpdeliver clinical care to the high standards were known for. Welllook to you to make sure our care is in line with all regulationsby doing everything from implementing our rigorous safeguardingpolicies to overseeing the creation of care plans. This is a rolethat will see you using your professional judgement to makecritical clinical decisions, manage projects and evolve care levelsto make sure every residents needs are met. As part of your widerange of responsibilities, youll make sure our team is updated withthe latest clinical developments by providing coaching, trainingand mentoring that will engage and inspire them. As a Care HomeClinical Lead, youll have the freedom and autonomy to do things theright way and be truly valued and respected for what you do.
ABOUTYOU
As Care Home Clinical Lead, youll needto be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registrationand a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. Experienceof gerontology is important too, as well as a strong awareness ofboth clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceuticalguidelines. Dedicated and motivational, youll enjoy sharing yourknowledge with others, which youll have demonstrated throughsuccessful clinical mentorship and performance management. Finally,like us, youll pride yourself on your person-centred andcompassionate approach to nursing.
