3NS is redefining online identity with AI-powered .web3 domains—giving users an AI agent that reflects their expertise, industry, or personality. We're expanding fast and need a charismatic, quick-witted, and highly engaging Community Engagement Expert & Content Host to lead our outreach efforts.

Who We're Looking For

Are you the kind of person who can spark conversations anywhere—be it Twitter (X), Reddit, or a random group chat at 2 AM? Do you have the humor and storytelling skills to turn complex ideas into engaging, shareable content? Can you hold an audience's attention, whether hosting a Twitter Space, debating memes, or responding to late-night DMs?

We're looking for a personality, not just a community growth manager. If you're witty, gregarious, and obsessed with online communities, this is your chance to build a huge presence in the AI/Web3 space.

What You'll Be Doing

Engage Online Communities – Drive conversations across Discord, Twitter (X), Reddit, Instagram, Telegram, and wherever people talk.

Build a Following – Convert influencers, creators, and internet subcultures into 3NS fans and ambassadors.

Create Viral Content – Tweets, memes, short videos, witty replies—anything that keeps people engaged.

Host Live Events & Podcasts – Twitter Spaces, YouTube AMAs, IG Lives, and more, featuring influencers, creators, and industry voices.

Collaborate with Influencers – Work with personalities with a real online presence to boost 3NS awareness.

Be Always On – The internet doesn't sleep, and neither do conversations. You should be comfortable hopping into a Twitter thread or Discord chat whenever the community is active.

Maintain Impeccable Grammar & Punctuation – Ensure all content, whether tweets, responses, or event descriptions, is polished and professional.

Apply a Good Eye for Art & Design – Photoshop knowledge is a nice-to-have for refining visuals, creating eye-catching social media assets, and tweaking content for better engagement.

What You Bring to the Table

Native or Fluent in English – Bonus if you have podcast hosting or live-streaming experience.

A Natural Entertainer – You can make any topic sound interesting, whether it's AI, internet culture, or why pineapple on pizza is a crime (is it?).

Community Growth Experience – You know how to build and sustain online communities across Discord, Twitter (X), Reddit, Instagram, and Telegram.

Social Media Addict (in a good way) – If you instinctively know when to jump into a Twitter thread or how to start a viral debate, you'll fit right in.

Flexible Schedule – Social media doesn't run on a 9-to-5. You should be comfortable engaging at different times throughout the day (or night).

Curiosity & Willingness to Learn – You don't need to be a Web3 or AI expert, but you should be open to diving into the space and making it your own.

Strong Writing & Editing Skills – Maintaining proper grammar, punctuation, and clarity across all content.

Aesthetic Awareness – A good eye for design, with Photoshop knowledge as a bonus to enhance social media visuals and campaign creatives.
