Pay Rates: Up to 13.46 per hour depending on age

What will I be doing?

As part of our supportive team, you will develop and grow into delivering a great service within the Grounds or the hotel. Alongside the Maintenance Manager you will be a fundamental part of the smooth running of the guest journey from the moment each guest arrives.
By working together with a large diverse and multi-skilled team, you will ensure all our guests enjoy the highest quality stay with beautiful views to look at wherever they are onsite.

What are we looking for?

  • Someone who can work independently to care for the maintenance of gardens, grounds and facilities surrounding the hotel to ensure they are showcased to their best in all seasons.
  • Able to use and maintain a range of equipment to include loose hand tools, strimmer's, mowers, and ride-on equipment.
  • All aspects of gardening work including digging, planting, mowing and basic tree care
  • Be guest focused, always having a positive and problem-solving attitude.
  • A people person who would put the guest journey at the heart of everything they do.
  • A willingness to learn and improve knowledge on cleanliness, hygiene, and our standards.
  • Someone who will care about the wider team and look to support wherever needed.

What skills do I need?

  • Previous experience as a gardener will help
