Iconic Resourcing are supporting a leading multinational technology company renowned for its innovative solutions and diverse portfolio of products and services in their search for a Legal Counsel.

Reporting directly into their Country Counsel UK & Ireland, you would play a pivotal role as part of the legal team supporting their UK and Ireland operations, an exciting opportunity for a talented commercial lawyer (4-7 years PQE) to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support transactions with UK & Ireland-based customers and channel partners, including the review and negotiation of contracts for hardware, managed services, software, and professional services.
  • Advise on legal risks and strategies for disputes and claims involving commercial customers, channel partners, and consumers.
  • Conduct legal reviews of global templates, programs, new product or service offerings, and Go-To-Market initiatives in collaboration with legal team colleagues.
  • Provide guidance and training to the business on legal topics to mitigate risks and enhance the efficiency of legal services delivery.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor in Scotland, England or Wales.
  • 4-7 years' PQE of relevant experience.
  • Solid legal knowledge across relevant areas of commercial law.
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating sales, services, and/or software transactions with private or public sector customers, partners, or suppliers.
  • Expertise in advising on complex, high-value, or high-risk contracts and related matters, which may include commercial law, competition law, subscriptions, consumer protection, or consumer credit regulation.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, including cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
