About the Role

Our lifeguards are on hand to ensure ourguests are having a great time as well as keeping safe in the pooland on the flumes in our Splash Waterworld  Our guests safetyis our biggest priority so this role requires superb attention todetail whilst also interacting with our guests and providingexceptional customer service.  You will promote and runpoolside activities; creating memorable experiences for our guestswhilst keeping their safety at the for front of everything youdo.

A National PoolLifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential for thisrole. 
AboutYou
We are looking for enthusiasticindividuals who have a natural ability to engage and relate with awide range of people. 

You will need to be a strong swimmer withfantastic attention to detail to ensure you can monitor the pool atbusy times. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, wewould love to hear from you. 
 
Youwill work alongside a great team but there will be times where youare supervising areasindependently. 
 
Our business is open7 days a week and therefore flexibility, reliability andpunctuality are all essential, as you will form an important partof a team.
