‘GettingStuck In’ is one of our key values, and we’re looking for new TeamMembers who love doing just that

Instead of working in one department, we’relooking for new Team Members to work across different teams onresort to support our guests and provide them with a fantasticexperience during their stay with Butlin’s.

As aTeam Member Plus, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning ourguest accommodation and then will work in our Shops department forthe rest of the week. No day will ever be the same and you willenjoy the variety of working with lots of different team membersand guests.

This role requiresflexibility on hours as it is a permanent role covering 35 hoursover 5 days out of 7, with Mondays and Fridays essential and youwill need to be over 18 due to the evening shift patterns requiredfor this role.

Working to a variety of shift patternswhich could include 6am starts, midnight finishes andweekends.

As aTeam Member + 1, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning ouraccommodation and then will work in one other area for the rest ofthe week.

No experience?No problem We will provide you with all the support and trainingyou need to ensure you develop the skills to work confidently inall areas relevant to your role.

No day will ever be the same and you willenjoy the variety of working with lots of different team membersand guests.
