Job Summary

With a commitment to technical and operational excellence, they specialise in providing full turnkey M&E solutions across design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance. Their expertise ensures seamless project execution, even for the most complex engineering challenges.

They work on projects ranging in value from £1M to £10M and all projects are North-West based.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of electrical building services projects, from initiation to completion.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions.

  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.

  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within building services engineering.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and regulations.

  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field are preferred.
