About The Role

You will be responsible for being anintegral part in the operation within the three rooms covering allearly years in our Nursery. The role will also be key in deliveringa stimulating and varied programme of play alongside other teammembers, ensuring the safety and well-being of children at alltimes and working alongside the Nursery Leaders to deliver aconsistent Parent/Carer/Children’s experience & team experiencewhilst delivering the key responsibilities & compliance of theButlin’s Young Stars Nursery.

You will becomeinvolved in every aspect of our Nursery covering activity planning,child observation, supporting a stimulating and creative atmosphereand taking part in a wide program of activities for the children.

Working hours will include Monday- Friday, 8:30am - 6pm.

This role is a 9 monthfixed term contract. 

This position willrequire us to conduct a enhanced DBS check.

You should have a passion forwanting to work with children and enjoy working in partnership withfamilies and providers, looking after children takes a team ofpeople Previous experience working in a nursery or child-friendlysetting is essential. 

You should liketalking to people on a daily basis and enjoy getting involved in awide variety of activities each and every day as we believe there’sno better feeling than a child’s happiness when you support themthrough their early yearsdevelopment.
Skills, Knowledge &Expertise
For thisposition you MUST hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Yearsqualification teamed with experience in working with babies andhave a secure knowledge of the Early Years FoundationStage.
