Salary: Up to £40,900.00 per annum dependant onexperience/qualifications
Hours: 37.5hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Timeonly

The role
As a dynamic and motivated English Teacher, you alreadyhave a passion for making a difference in the lives of pupils andyoung people. In this role, you will have every opportunity to liveup to this ambition, responding to the needs of each individual asyou help them flourish and thrive.
You will planand deliver engaging learning on a daily basis, developing excitingand innovative methods that stimulate interest and excitement inthe classroom. Working as a Teacher with us is not your averageteaching role. At Acorn Education, you are able to work creatively,making the most of all the extensive resources and expert supportwe have available.
Our class sizes are small, soyou are able to create a nurturing learning environment designedaround each individual’s needs, spending quality time with eachpupil. You will observe, monitor and assess them, making sure theirpersonal development and wellbeing are as important as the academiccurriculum.

You will be a passionate teacherand a great communicator, as comfortable talking to pupils andyoung people as you are with contributing to the school’s visionand direction.

You will enjoy building these caringrelationships as well as liaising with fellow professionals,whether they are colleagues in the same school or they work in thepupils' previous educational establishments.
Youwill have excellent written English skills too, along with apassion for working in collaboration with other members of ourmultidisciplinary team, sharing information in both formal andinformal situations.

Experience of work within an educationsetting
