What You’ll Be Doing:
- Recruit Amazing Homestay Hosts across the UK: Proactively recruit, onboard and conduct in-person home visits (in cities across the South) with welcoming host families who’ll provide safe, memorable homestays.
- Safeguarding: Take responsibility for host safeguarding compliance, which includes processing DBS checks, contacting referees, and ensuring all hosts are suitably vetted.
- Marketing Wizz: Spread the word out about hosting opportunities, as well as GSE initiatives more widely.
- Travel & Logistics Extraordinaire: You'll oversee the behind-the-scenes magic that ensures every trip and event runs seamlessly. From booking coaches and hotels, you'll be the go-to expert for creating smooth experiences for students and host families.
- Be the Go-To Person: Build strong relationships, solve challenges, and keep everything running smoothly for students and host families.
- Keep Things on Track: Organise contracts, maintain records, and ensure compliance with legal and safeguarding guidelines.
- Be Cost-Conscious: You’ll be able to work within budgets, and monitor spending.

Who You Are:
You’re a proactive problem solver who loves a challenge and thrives in an autonomous role. You’re passionate about cultural exchange, have excellent organisational and communication skills, and are keen to be involved across multiple business areas. Most importantly, you’ll be keen to get involved across all areas of the company to support the Management Team reach ambitious targets.

- Travel & Hospitality Expertise: Any experience coordinating travel, accommodation, or events is a bonus
