 Location: Ditton Park

Rate of pay: £33,000 per annum

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities
  • Assisting the Head Chef with responsibility for the Kitchens daily operations
  • Oversees and supervises the kitchen staff
  • Assists with menu planning, inventory, and supply management
  • Monitor and control stock levels and comply with food safety standards
  • Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment
  • Unloading and putting away deliveries
  • Cover in the absence of the Head Chef/Manager
