About the role

Job Title:                                         Cook (UK driving licence essential)

School Location:                            Based from Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, and driving a compnay van to

                                                          Kirkby Thore Primary School, Penrith, Cumbria, CA10 1UU

Working Days:                                Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours:                8:00am - 2:00pm (30 hours per week)

Working Weeks:                             42 weeks per year 

Pay Details:                                     £12.75 per hour

 

What will I be doing?

  • Assisting the onsite Chef Manager with the preparation of the main meals and snacks for the site
  • Working using fresh seasonal ingredients cooking for a volume of (200+)
  • May include some counter service / till work 
  • Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
